SHIPPING
All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days via FedEx. At the present time, we do not ship internationally.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped via FedEx Standard Shipping.

How long will it take to ship?

Your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to process before being shipped. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Does TheLovelyDiaries.com ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
The Lovely Diaries will gladly accept the return of any product purchased on thelovelydiaries.com  [for a full refund] within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging and all garment tags must still be attached. Returns that are damaged, altered or marked may not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

In order to expedite the successful processing of your return, please securely wrap the returned item in the original packaging it was delivered in.

It would help us at The Lovely Diaries if you could give a reason why your item was not suitable.

Always include a daytime phone number and email address incase we need to contact you about your return.

Please email us at orders@thelovelydiaries.com if you did not receive your Return Form. We will provide you with a new one.

Your returned item will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. If you have provided the appropriate contact information, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt and processing of your return.   All returns will be refunded to the credit card that was used to place the order. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

An item that was a gift can be returned for a refund which will be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased. An email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase when the refund is complete. If you choose to receive store credit you may.
